Troubleshooting Call connection

If you experience problems in making outgoing calls or receiving incoming calls please make sure that your network or internet connection is fully functional.
If you share data and voice traffic from one internet connection please check first whether you are able to use the computer to access contents/websites from the internet.
Yes, I can access the internet:
- Please make sure that all cables are correctly plugged into the phone
- Check your switch/router
- Reboot your phone because it might have locked up

No, I cannot access the internet from my computer
- Please make sure there are no loose cables on the switch/route, computer and phone
- If you also have an analogue phone installed please test it to see if you get dialling tone. If there is no dialling tone than there is a problem with your line. If the line is covered by us please call our support line on 01708 39 39 39
- If there is a dial tone than your line is ok. It might be the case that your router is locked up and a reboot is necessary. Please unplug the power lead from the router wait 10 seconds and plug it back to the router and wait another 5 minutes
