<p>BT is still in the process to resolve this issue.</p>

<p>BT is currently investigating an issue on the Kingston SBC and they are looking to re-balance the traffic by working with certain customers to move traffic. This issue has been escalated within BT and within the supplier and dealing with this as a matter of urgency.</p>

<p>BT have placed a temporary solution which will remain in place until all Design parameters have been cross checked with Vendor Support to ensure all traffic profiles are handled with optimum efficiency.</p>
