We are experiencing a loss of broadband connectivity  at our side location (office) in Harold Wood.  Our backup adsl connections are also affected. Therefore we might not able to response to emails and phone calls made through voip.  Our engineers and BT are working on this issue and we hope to be back online by the 19^th October.

The problem has been resolved and we are back online.
