All you need is a high speed internet access, an account on our voip platform, IP phones or FXS gateway for existing analogue phones and a computer for the P$X FIAS Interface for billing, call barring etc.

Our hosted voip platform is monitored 24/7 and 365 days a year. No need to send an engineer on site because our voip system is maintained via our data centres. Phones and P$X FIAS Interface can be maintained remotely.

This is the calculation Interface of the FIAS Interface. It can calculate the prices in many different ways. It has also an integrated CSV Interface for calculating selling prices relative to buy in prices.

After each call pbillx will check for new calls to be charged and add this to the micros interface and guests folio. If you have selected the option to have pbillx handle the call charges you can set markups for each prefix to be added on top of the buying price.

For hotels it is essential to see the guests name and room number on a phone display to greet the calling guest with their name when answering the call. Therefore pbillx will update the database with the guests name immediately after check in.

You can block specific prefixes or numbers like international and expensive premium numbers for outgoing calls. Allow guests only to call internal extensions. This can be done on either our hosted voip solution for hotels or our on site VoIP PBX for hotels at no extra costs.
