There's now two ways to connect
Least cost routing:
Prefix the number you are dialling to. This can be programmed in your telephone system or manually dialled. (In some cases using diallers)
Carrier pre-selection:
Preferred route by most of our customers, BT actually force the calls you make to our service, to do this we send a request to BT and they 'SWITCH' the calls. This ensures all calls route all the time.
