We require an enthusiastic, bright IT person to join our growing IT department based in Harold Wood. Must be highly organised, accurate, with good communication skills. The role is a very much hands-on position in terms of customer relationship across the business.

Trainee Helpdesk Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee helpdesk technician to join the support team in our vibrant, fast growing company.
- Telecoms background experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Computer Networking experience would be beneficial but not essential
Work as part of an energetic team and be trained to help customers with telephone & internet problems. Your duties will include answering first line support queries from customers who need assistance in issues they may have with our telephone network or internet provision. Assist in the provision of new customer services and help make customer experience an enjoyable one.
Helpdesk Technician
We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, excellent telephone manner and a willingness to put the customer first.
- Telecoms background experience would be beneficial
- Computer Networking experience would be beneficial

Helpdesk Technician Assistance
The ideal candidate should be a forward thinking IT Technician with plenty of self motivation.

Work as part of an energetic team and be trained to assist the support help desk deliver telephone support for our customers. Your duties will include answering first line support queries and log them on our support system. You will also be responsible for arrange the provision of new line & internet services for customers. It will be essential that installation dates are met and you keep customers up-to-date with the progress of their new installations.
